Throughout my career, all of the different companies I’ve worked with have resonated with my values in one way or another. For me, this is the most important detail to get right when getting a new job. I strive to have integrity, do the right thing, and be part of a culture that fosters its employees to speak up in difficult situations. That’s why today’s issue is all about how ethics, productivity and management go hand-in-hand.
